Attendance Certificates

If you need proof of attendance, you can access the following forms:

• Once completed, you must bring it printed and present it to your tutor so that he/she can sign the receipt.
• Finally, it must be presented to the Information Department for stamping.
• Under no circumstances is it possible to justify attendance on dates prior to the requested date, and it is also not possible to justify attendance without the signature of the corresponding tutor.
